Bombay Sandwich
We've been eating Bombay Sandwiches ever since I was little and it's the perfect combination between Indian and American! It's so easy to make and a great dinner meal for the family.

Instructions
1. Toast 4 slices of your bread until warm (make sure it's not fully toasted) - we recently started buying Dave Killer's Bread (linked above) because it had some protein in it, but you can use any bread

2. While the bread is warming up, slice your potatoes into thin circles and put them in the air-fryer on 325 for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft

3. Once the bread is lightly warmed, put green chutney on both sides

4. To assemble: put your potatoes, cheese, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and any other toppings you want and season with chaat masala and kala namak on top

5. Put it in the panini maker until crisp and enjoy!

6. I like to eat this with ketchup but that's just me
